Randstad Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary or secondary school in your local area. This is a full-time, term-time only role (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am β 3:30 pm), starting September 2025.
What you\βll do:

Support students with their learning in class and in small groups

Assist the class teacher with planning and classroom management

Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Provide additional support to pupils with SEND or EAL needs

Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
