The Role

Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will lead the upkeep, security, and health and safety across both the primary and secondary sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Team: Manage, schedule, and develop the on-site premises team.
  • Maintain the Estate: Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, using your own technical/DIY skills alongside your team.
  • Contractor Management: Supervise external contractors to ensure safety, quality, and value.

A health and enhanced DBS check is required for the successful candidate.
