Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in UK.
  • Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one.
  • Experience working with children or young people with additional care needs.
  • 2 recent professional references.
  • Ability to communicate with and inspire children.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
  • Previous experience working with SEND students is essential.
  • A good sense of humour and a positive attitude towards supporting students.
  • Demonstrated ability in behaviour management strategies.
  • Excellent use of initiative to adapt support techniques.
  • Understanding of different children's needs and learning styles.
