This is a pivotal role situated at the absolute heart of our provision, directly supporting the wellbeing, personal development, and academic success of students, many of whom navigate complex needs, SEND profiles, or historic barriers to learning.
About the Role
As Pastoral Lead, you will play a central role in cultivating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where students feel valued, respected, and heard. Collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary teams, parents/carers, and external agencies, you will work strategically and practically to dismantle barriers to education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Support attend multi-agency and safeguarding meetings as required.
- Holistic Wellbeing: Assist with the delivery of PSHE and broader, whole-school wellbeing initiatives.
