Randstad Education, Liverpool are looking for an experienced Headteachers PA for a role within a Sefton secondary school. A Headteacher's PA (Personal Assistant) provides high-level, confidential administrative and organisational support to enable the headteacher to operate strategically. The role acts as a primary point of contact for the school and involves complex diary management, stakeholder communication, minute-taking, and compliance management. Typical duties and requirements include: Core Responsibilities Diary Calendar Management: Actively manage complex scheduling, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel itineraries for the headteacher. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for parents, staff, governors, and external agencies (such as Ofsted), fielding inquiries and prioritising urgent matters. Meeting Event Coordination: Prepare agendas, organise hospitality, and take formal minutes during Senior Leadership Team (SLT) or governing body meetings.
