Process and track financial transactions using FMS (Financial Management System). Assist with the school's budget planning and financial reporting. Handle daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails. Support staff and students with general office inquiries. Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date. Coordinate communications between staff, parents, and external agencies. Process school admissions and student enrolment data. Manage attendance records and report on student absence. Organise and schedule meetings, events, and appointments.What We're Looking For: Proven experience with SIMS and FMS in a school setting. Exceptional organisational, communication skills and managing multiple tasks. A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
