Randstad Education is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our nursery in Wimbledon to recruit an inspiring Unqualified Nursery Practitioner who is committed to making a real difference.
You will hold the essential responsibility of facilitating children development by implementing creative, age-appropriate activities within a secure and nurturing environment. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant and lasting contribution to the lives of young children.
We do have full time and part time permanent positions and you will be required to support the school inline with school hours.

Responsibilities:
- Assist qualified staff with daily routines and childcare duties.
- Support engaging and safe play activities for children.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming nursery environment.
- Learn and adhere to all safeguarding and health & safety policies.
- Engage positively with children to support their well-being.
Preferred Skills:
- A genuine passion for working with and caring for young children.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong willingness to learn and undertake formal training (e.g., Level 2/3).
- A full driving licence and access to a car.
Personal Attributes:
- Enthusiastic, positive, and energetic.
- Patient, caring, and nurturing.
- Reliable, punctual, and a dedicated team player.
- Proactive and willing to follow instructions.
- Be comfortable and confident in managing challenging behaviours.
- Ability to engage with, and build rapport with the students.
Please note that this role is unable to offer any Sponsorship at this time.
All candidates will be subject to Randstad Education\’s child protection and UK eligibility vetting including a DBS check and providing satisfactory references. A DBS on the update service would be a distinct advantage due to the urgent nature of some of these roles.
