About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, resilient, and creative SEN Teacher to join a dedicated, supportive team. What You'll Do

- Champion Safety: Model high-level safeguarding practices to maintain a secure, inclusive, and purposeful environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualifications: QTS, PGCE, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Subject Flex: The ability to teach a specialist subject (ideally Maths/Functional Skills) while contributing to wider curriculum areas.
- The Right Mindset: Experience in SEN or alternative provision is desirable, but not essential. If you have the passion and the empathy, we can teach you the rest.
- Skills: Confidence in utilising restorative behaviour strategies.
- Mobility: A valid driving license is required due to the nature of the role.
