Randstad Education is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs in near Newmarket and surrounding areas. You will work 1:1 or in small groups across diverse settings, helping pupils access the curriculum and reach personal goals, with duties adaptable to day-to-day cover or fixed-term placements.
Candidates with experience of ASC/SEMH/ADHD or SLD/PMLD, a calm, resilient approach, and a willingness to complete or provide an Enhanced DBS are encouraged to apply.
