We are looking for high-energy, creative, and proactive individuals to join our specialist team as SEN Teaching Assistants. Our independent school supports incredible children and young people (ages 6-19) with autism, ADHD, and complex medical needs. We believe in learning by doing - which means our curriculum is packed with outdoor activities, community trips, and creative problem-solving.

Why You'll Love This Role:

  • No Two Days Are The Same: You'll be supporting students in the classroom, out in the local environment, and throughout the community.
  • Great Perks: A £1,000 welcome bonus, fully funded specialist training, and an unbeatable term-time schedule.
  • A Supportive Team: Work in a high-vibe, well-resourced environment with an exceptional therapeutic support network.

Are You the Perfect Fit?

You don't need a background in teaching. If you have experience in sports coaching, youth work, the arts, fitness, or simply love outdoor learning and community engagement, you have the transferable skills we need. We want people who are:

  • Proactive & Resilient: Ready to dive into active duties, handle challenging behaviours confidently, and assist with personal care routines.
  • Team Players: Confident, reliable, and great at thinking on their feet.
  • Communication Champions: Able to connect with young people who communicate differently.
  • Qualified: Holding at least a Level 2 (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
