As a Nursery Assistant, you will work alongside a supportive and friendly team, creating a safe, stimulating, and caring environment that encourages children's growth, development, and learning through fun, engaging activities.
Your Role:
- Assist in planning and delivering activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Support children with their personal care needs, including feeding and toileting
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for the children
- Build meaningful relationships with children, parents, and the wider nursery team
- Promote children's learning and development through exciting, play-based activities
What We're Looking For:
- CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting is an advantage but not essential
- A true passion for working with young children and supporting their development
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
