Key Responsibilities

- Collaborative Culture: Work alongside the Head of Department, support staff, and additional classroom adults to develop innovative schemes of work and maintain a safe, well‑ordered learning environment.
- Ethos & Safeguarding: Actively support the vision and policies of the Academy while prioritising the safety, welfare, and well‑being of every student.
What We Are Looking For
- We are looking for an exceptional educator who meets the current DfE Teachers' Standards and possesses a secure subject knowledge in Science, with a genuine love for Physics that inspires students.
- The ability to use student data productively to monitor progress, address misconceptions, and plan impactful future lessons.
- Excellent classroom management skills built on clear routines, mutual respect, and positive behaviour strategies.
- Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with the Academy leadership team, colleagues, parents, and the local community.
Requirements:
