The Role
As a Nursery Nurse, you will be a cornerstone of our Early Years department. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Leading Wraparound Care: Managing the 'extended day' experience - from planning engaging activities and ordering catering to being the friendly face for parents and carers.
- Key Worker Responsibilities: Contributing to high-quality teaching, planning, and observations to track child progress.
- Inclusive Excellence: Working closely with teachers to identify learning barriers and ensuring children with SEN or disadvantaged backgrounds have every opportunity to flourish.
- Creating Environments: Maintaining a classroom that is reflective, engaging, and constantly evolving to meet the interests of the children.
