As a Cover Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to maintain a stable and focused learning environment during the short-term absence of teaching staff. Supervise students aged 11-18, ensuring they follow academy behaviour policies and remain engaged with their learning. Deliver pre-set lesson content across various subjects, providing clarity and assistance where needed.
