Randstad Education is looking for an Assistant Apprenticeship Manager to join our team in Croydon. In this pivotal role, you won't just manage data and systems; you will play a direct part in driving social mobility by expanding life‑changing apprenticeship and upskilling pathways. This is a full‑time permanent position and hybrid working model, with 3 days per week in the office (Mon, Weds, Friday) and 2 days working from home (Tues, Thurs).
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for apprenticeships, training providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Tracks costs, progress, and compliance to manage the apprenticeship levy.
- Organises and promotes apprentice recruitment events across academies.
- Collaborates on campaigns, flyers, and updates the internal SharePoint.
- Advise on safeguarding and neuro‑inclusion for under‑18 learners.
- Serves as super administrator for the EOSONE Learning Management System.
- Resolves learner and manager IT support tickets within agreed timescales.
- Monitors enrolments and completions, and analyses monthly ILR data.
- Coordinates mock audits and supports quality assurance reviews.

- Proven ability to manage LMS platforms and handle technical support.
- Confident compiling MIS reports and managing ILR data.
- Backed by a history of delivering projects across large organisations.
- Holding relevant IQA qualifications and assessing experience.
- Confidence using PDSAT and design tools like Canva.
