Key Responsibilities:- Planning and delivering an adapted, sensory-rich curriculum tailored to pupils' EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans).

- Managing and mentoring a small team of SEND Teaching Assistants to ensure a safe, coordinated classroom.
- Utilizing positive behavioral management strategies (e.g., Team Teach/positive handling) to de-escalate challenging behavior and support emotional regulation.
- Must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching children or young people with severe, profound, or complex educational needs (SEND).
- Deep understanding of Autism (ASD), severe learning difficulties (SLD), and speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).
- Strong behavior management skills combined with a calm, nurturing, and patient teaching approach.
