Why You'll Love Working in KS1
/n
Key Stage 1 is where the real educational magic begins! As a TA or 1:1 Support Assistant, you get to be the encouraging voice, the patient listener, and the champion every young learner needs.
/n
You'll be helping 5 to 7-year-olds navigate their first big steps in school by:
/n
/n
- Bringing Learning to Life: Helping small groups master phonics, early maths, and creative storytelling.
/n
- Being a 1:1 Champion: Giving tailored support to children with SEND, ADHD, ASD, or SEMH needs so they feel confident and included.
/n
- Fostering Independence: Guiding little hands through hands-on activities, play-based learning, and classroom routines.
/n
- Building Big Confidence: Being a calm, positive, and reassuring presence when things feel a little overwhelming.
/n

Who Are We Looking For?

You don't need years of formal classroom experience-just a big heart, plenty of patience, and a genuine passion for helping young children thrive!

We love hearing from people with backgrounds in:

- Primary Schools & Nurseries

- SEND or Care/Support Settings
/n
- Youth Work & Childcare
/n
/n
Experience with speech and language needs, ASD, or behavioural support is a brilliant bonus, but a positive, "can-do" attitude is what matters most!
