Job Summary: We are recruiting a qualified or highly experienced EYFS Assistant to provide tailored educational support to children aged 3 to 5. You will closely track individual milestones, support child‑led learning, and ensure full adherence to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Implementing playful, educational activities that align directly with EYFS learning goals.
- Observing, recording, and feeding back child progress assessments to the class teacher.
- Guiding children through vital transition milestones, hygiene routines, and active play.
- Creating a rich, secure, and vocabulary‑heavy environment to spark early curiosity.
