Randstad Education are currently recruiting for an Attendance Administrator for a long-term role based in a Liverpool Secondary School.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring school attendance records and identify trends and 'at-risk' students
  • Follow up on absences and lateness with parents/guardians
  • Work with Heads of Year and the Safeguarding Team to support vulnerable learners
  • Support the SLT to develop strategies to improve attendance
  • Liaising with external agencies, such as Welfare Officers and Social Services, where required
  • Maintaining accurate records in accordance with school policy and legal requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply)
