We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Workers to join this exceptional specialist education setting. This opportunity begins with a 12-week temporary placement, paid at £93-£100 per day, before transferring onto the school's permanent staffing team with a salary of £20,000-£23,500 per annum. Monday - Friday | 9am - 4pm | Term-Time Only (39 weeks per year) Full-Time Opportunity.
Responsibilities- Supporting students with Special Educational Needs within a school or college environment
- Working on a 1:1 basis and within small groups
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement in learning
- Supporting communication, social development, and life skills
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and specialist staff
- Supporting student wellbeing and daily routines
- Contributing to student records, reports, and progress monitoring
