On behalf of a fantastic nursery in Wimbledon, Randstad Education is seeking an inspiring and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about making a real difference in early years education.
We do have full time and part time permanent positions and you will be required to support the school inline with school hours.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a specific room or age group, mentoring junior staff.
- Oversee and implement the EYFS curriculum, planning high-quality learning experiences.
- Conduct parent meetings and act as a key point of contact for families.
- Ensure all room records, observations, and assessments are completed to a high standard.
- Manage room safety, hygiene, and resources effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- A Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., Early Years Educator).
- In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding.
- Proven experience in a senior or Room Leader role.
- Strong leadership and staff mentoring abilities.
- A full driving licence and access to a car.
