Randstad Education is looking for a dedicated Level 2 Nursery Practitioner for an exciting opportunity at a supportive nursery in Wimbledon, where you\’ll help make a real difference every day.
We do have full time and part time permanent positions and you will be required to support the school inline with school hours.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a \’key person\’ for a group of children, tracking their development.
- Support the Room Leader in planning and delivering activities based on the EYFS.
- Conduct and record observations to inform future planning.
- Build positive and professional relationships with parents and carers.
- Ensure the daily welfare and safety of all children in your care.
Preferred Skills:
- A Level 2 childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ).
- Good working knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
- Experience observing and tracking children\’s development.
- A full driving licence and access to a car.
Personal Attributes:
- Creative, confident, and engaging.
- Nurturing, patient, and professional.
- A proactive and collaborative team member.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Be comfortable and confident in managing challenging behaviours.
- Ability to engage with, and build rapport with the students.
