Randstad Education is searching for proactive, resilient TA with a natural talent for de-escalation and positive behavioral support. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity to build a meaningful career in SEND education. This is a full time permanent position and you will be required to support five days a week Monday - Friday inline with school hours.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1-on-1 and small group interventions for students (ages 11-16) with SEMH, ASD, and complex communication difficulties.
- Assist teachers by modifying classroom resources and activities to meet individual EHCP objectives.
