Randstad Education is currently seeking dedicated and reliable School Cleaners to join several of our partner schools across Leeds. We have both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available to suit your schedule, offering the perfect balance for your work-life harmony.
The Role
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness is vital for the health, safety, and morale of students and staff alike. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning classrooms, hallways, toilets, and staff areas.
- Mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste disposal.
- Ensuring all cleaning chemicals are handled safely according to COSHH guidelines.
- Deep cleaning during school holiday periods (where applicable).
What You Need to Apply
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- UK Experience: You must have previous experience working as a cleaner within the UK.
- Background Check: An Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential (or a willingness to apply for one).
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and a thorough eye for detail.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
