Position: Trainee SEN Teacher

Term Time Only: Monday - Friday 08:45-4:45pm

Location: Dunsfold Park, Cranleigh, Surrey

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small class basis
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons focused on communication and life skills
  • Supporting social, emotional and behavioural development
  • Working collaboratively with Behaviour Analysts, Therapists and teaching staff
  • Helping students build independence and confidence
  • Maintaining a calm, positive and structured learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting children or individuals with disabilities
  • GCSE English & Maths Grade C/4 or equivalent
  • Calm and resilient approach under pressure
  • Positive, proactive and professional attitude
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Passion for supporting autistic children and young people
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
