Learning Support Worker – Surrey Specialist School (September Start)

What You\’ll Do
As a Learning Support Worker, you\’ll be crucial to our pupils’ success. You\’ll:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with autism across various ages and learning needs.
- Implement support strategies guided by our experienced behaviour analysts and teaching staff.
- Help develop and deliver personalised learning programmes.
- Monitor and record pupil progress.
