Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with autism? We are a specialist school in Surrey for pupils aged 4-19, and we are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Worker to join our team this September.

We are transforming lives through our high-quality learning environment built on the Comprehensive Application of Behaviour Analysis to Schooling (CABAS). We believe every pupil can reach their full potential with structured, individualised support.

What You'll Do

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with autism across various ages and learning needs.
  • Implement support strategies guided by our experienced behaviour analysts and teaching staff.
  • Help develop and deliver personalised learning programmes.
  • Monitor and record pupil progress.
  • Support pupils in developing vital communication, social, and life skills.
  • Promote a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine interest in working with children and young people with autism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • A willingness to learn and apply behaviour analysis principles (full training provided).
  • Experience in similar settings is a plus, but not essential.
