Learning Support Assistant Position | Make a Difference in a Specialist School

Your Role: What You\’ll Be Doing

In this role, you\’ll work in a dynamic school setting, providing crucial support to students aged 5 to 18. Your focus will be on helping a small class (typically 4-5 students) who have a wide range of complex needs, including autism and physical disabilities.

  • Provide one-on-one and small-group support to help students with their learning and daily activities.

Who We\’re Looking For

  • You are fully available to work full-time, Monday to Friday or able to build up to 5 days.

  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • You are proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

  • You have a genuine desire to make a difference in students lives.

  • A valid Enhanced DBS check (for both children and adults) is required for this role.

  • A full driving license is highly recommended due to the school\’s location.
