Randstad Education is seeking a Dedicated Secondary SEND Teacher to join a specialist SEN provision.

The role focuses on life-skills delivery, independence and transition planning for adolescents, with smaller classes and strong pastoral support.

You will work with Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS) and a trauma-informed approach, collaborating with therapists and transition specialists to build EHCP-informed timetables and meaningful daily learning.
