The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Bespoke 1:1 Support: Provide a consistent and safe foundation for specific students, helping them navigate the school day.
- EHCP Implementation: Work directly with Education, Health and Care Plans to deliver personalized learning goals.
- Emotional Regulation: Use specialist de‑escalation and behavioural techniques to help students manage their emotions and stay focused.
- Promoting Autonomy: Assist with social skills and personal care, always prioritising the student's dignity and independence.
- Multi‑Agency Collaboration: Work alongside SENCOs, therapists, and teachers to ensure a 'whole‑child' approach to support.
