Job Role
- As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for keeping high-level learning on track.
- Your duties will include:
- Delivering high-quality instruction across the full breadth of the KS2 National Curriculum.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a focused and respectful environment for Years 3 through 6.
- Adapting teaching styles to meet the needs of diverse learners and ensuring all students are challenged.
- Ensuring that learning objectives are met and leaving detailed handover notes for the permanent staff.
Requirements
- To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
- ESSENTIAL: You must have previous UK experience teaching within a Key Stage 2 setting.
- A proactive "can-do" attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or the willingness to process a new one).
