Randstad Education is seeking passionate and qualified KS1 Teachers to join a supportive primary setting in and around the Grays area. This is a full-time permanent position perfect for someone who thrives in Key Stage 1 classrooms, bringing learning to life with care, structure, and imagination.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Implement set plans to deliver impactful and effective lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues and engage with parents to support student development.
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
- Relevant qualifications (PGCE or similar).
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 is highly desirable.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
