We are seeking committed, proactive Teaching Assistants to support pupils with diverse and complex learning needs. - Proven experience supporting children or young adults with complex needs, such as ASC (Autism Spectrum Conditions), SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), ADHD, or Severe/Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (SLD/PMLD).
- A calm, empathetic, and highly resilient approach to behaviour management and pupil engagement.
- The ability to support individualised learning plans (IEPs) under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
- Familiarity with alternative communication methods (e.g., PECS, Makaton) or specific physical intervention training (e.g., Team-Teach) is highly advantageous but not essential.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete a new check).
