We are looking for a motivated Teaching Assistant in Kidderminster to support lessons, assist pupils with special educational needs, and help with routine administrative work. If youβre a team player with a can-do attitude, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience within an education setting
- Understanding of the Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures
- Some experience of working with SEMH learners with complex needs and challenging behaviour in a school environment
- Full clean driving licence
- Commitment to the role, the desire to put the child first and treat them as an individual
- Working towards Level 2 award in Support work in schools or an equivalent is desirable
- Be positive and creative in meeting pupils' needs
- GCSE Maths and English Level 2/C or above qualification is essential
Qualifications and Experience:
