We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a leading specialist provider of education for children and young adults with complex needs. This is a unique temporary-to-permanent opportunity where you can make a real difference in the lives of students aged 5-25 across two well-resourced sites.
About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be an integral part of a collaborative team, working alongside teachers and other support staff. Your primary goal will be to foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of each student. You'll be actively involved in:
- Delivering engaging lessons: Assisting teachers in bringing lessons to life.
- Providing individualised support: Tailoring your approach to meet diverse learning needs.
- Implementing behaviour management strategies: Helping to create a calm and productive classroom.
- Creating a positive environment: Contributing to a welcoming and encouraging space for all students.
