The Role
- Lead & Innovate: Formulate faculty improvement plans and develop high-quality syllabuses and schemes of work.
- Drive Achievement: Be accountable for student attainment, using data-driven insights to raise standards and monitor progress.
- Mentor & Manage: Build and motivate a team of dedicated staff, acting as a role model for outstanding teaching and learning.

What We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant undergraduate degree.
- A proven track record of successful GCSE teaching with "good or better" outcomes.
- Experience in managing change and raising achievement levels in your current post.
- Deep knowledge of current curriculum developments and educational research.
- The ability to build professional, high-standard relationships with both students and staff.
