We are looking for a passionate Individual Needs Assistant to support learners 1:1 and in small groups. You\’ll be joining a fun, dynamic team with exceptional leadership backing you every step of the way.

Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 16:30

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:

• Relevant childcare, teaching assistant or care experience (Must be able to provide references)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Experience supporting children or adults with SEN needs (desirable)
• Calm, nurturing and resilient individual
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
• Supporting the educational and general well being of SEN learners
• Promoting, encouraging and creating a fun and engaging learning environment
