Randstad Education is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND at a modern Northstowe school. You will work full-time, one-to-one and in small groups, delivering targeted, person-centred learning and behaviour support to children with ASC, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH and other complex needs.
You will collaborate with the SENCO and specialists to adapt activities, track progress, and help every pupil access learning in an inclusive environment.
