Randstad Education is recruiting a Learning and Pastoral Support Teaching Assistant to assist students with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD in a supportive, structured environment.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 16:30, with term-time hours ensuring holidays off.

You will work in small groups or one-on-one settings, applying trauma-informed practice to help students build independence and progress on EHCP/IEP plans alongside teachers.
