The Role at a Glance

This isn’t just an office job; it’s the heartbeat of our school’s daily operations. You will lead the support functions that allow our teachers to teach and our students to thrive.

• Lead with Impact: You will manage and mentor the Office, Site, Reprographics, and Catering teams.
• Problem Solve: From managing complex staff cover schedules starting at 7:00 am to overseeing building improvements, you are the school’s primary “fixer”.
• Strategise: You will design administrative systems, manage budgets, and ensure our school is safe, secure, and running at peak efficiency.
• Coordinate: Act as the school’s Health & Safety lead and oversee the logistics for exciting educational visits and residentials.

Key Details

• Salary: £38,480.00 – £41,192.00
• Contract: 37 hours per week, Term Time plus 2 weeks
• Location: Horsham, West Sussex.
