Essentials
- You must be able to do personal care for ages 5-16 years old.
- Have or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Transferable skills from care, social care, education, fostering or similar.
- A driving licence and access to a car (due to the campus' remote location).
- A trauma-informed approach to teaching and supporting students with social, emotional and mental health needs.
- Emotional resilience and unwavering care for vulnerable children.
