Hours: Monday to Friday | 07:15 - 09:00 & 15:00 - 18:00 (Split Shift)

Key Responsibilities

Run Engaging Activities: Plan and lead fun games, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and sports.

Manage Morning & Afternoon Transitions: Welcome pupils at breakfast club and ensure smooth handovers to teachers and parents.

Serve Meals & Snacks: Assist with preparing and serving healthy breakfasts and afternoon snacks.

Ensure Child Safety: Maintain a secure, clean environment following school safeguarding standards.

Build Positive Relationships: Support children's social development, teamwork, and confidence in a relaxed setting.

Liaise with Parents: Provide friendly, helpful updates to parents at drop-off and collection times.
Requirements
Must-Haves (Essential)

Hands-on childcare experience (school, nursery, or wraparound care setting).

Availability for both morning (07:15-09:00) and afternoon (15:00-18:00) shifts, Monday to Friday.

Approachable, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.

Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to complete one).
Nice-to-Haves (Desirable)

Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.

Valid Paediatric First Aid or Food Hygiene certification.
