- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Full-time, Monday-Friday (08:30am - 4:15pm)

Responsibilities
- Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assisting teachers with personalised learning activities
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Helping students develop communication, independence and life skills
- Supporting community-based learning activities and work-related experiences
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and families
Requirements
- A patient, resilient and compassionate approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent desirable
- SEN or Teaching Assistant experience desirable but not essential
- Willingness to undertake specialist training
- Ability to support students with complex communication and behavioural needs
