At our Academy, we don't just teach subjects; we develop aspirational young people who thrive in a changing world. We are looking for a leader who embodies our core values of Knowledge, Integrity, and Resilience, and who possesses the creative spark to drive our performing arts provision to new heights.

The Role

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree level education (or equivalent) with QTS.
  • Experience: Successful track record of teaching GCSE and evidence of raising student achievement. (Please note: This role is not suitable for ECTs).
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of the National Curriculum, current educational thinking, and technical performance resources.

  • Communication: Exceptional IT literacy and the ability to build mutually supportive relationships with colleagues, parents, and students.

Why Join Us?

We offer a collaborative environment where 'team players' thrive. You will have the autonomy to initiate change and the support to grow professionally.
