Your Daily Responsibilities:

Working 1:1 with pupils needing specialised attention, or leading small groups for extra help.

Assisting with classroom behaviour management to maintain a productive learning space.

Guiding pupils with varied learning abilities to ensure no child gets left behind.

What You Need to Succeed:

Prior primary school experience (SEND experience preferred).

Demonstrated strength in classroom behaviour management.
