Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive rural school for the upcoming academic year.

This full-time, term-time role focuses on delivering academic, emotional, and social support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs, enabling full access to the curriculum.

The successful candidate will work 1:1 and in small groups, assist with IEPs, manage behaviour positively, and participate in DBS checks.
