Primary School Teacher

Location: Crawley and surrounding areas (including Horley, East Grinstead, Horsham, and Redhill)

Daily Rate: £130 - £160 per day (No planning/prep) | Paid to Scale (With planning/prep)

Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Your Options & Pay

  • Option 1: Day-to-Day / Short-Term Supply (£130 - £160 per day) - Perfect for teachers who want to focus entirely on the classroom without taking the work home. Walk in, deliver pre-planned lessons, mark the books, and leave at 3:30 PM. No data tracking, no parents' evenings, and your weekends are completely your own.
  • Option 2: Long-Term / Full Class Responsibility (Paid to Scale) - Looking for consistency and want to make a real impact? Take on a full class role including planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) duties, and we will match your daily rate directly to your current Main Pay Scale / Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS).

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification (ECTs welcome to apply).
  • A genuine passion for primary education and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
  • Strong classroom management skills with a warm, positive, and inclusive approach.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable commuting around the Crawley / Gatwick / Mid-Sussex area.
  • An enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
