Term Time Only: Monday - Friday 08:45 - 16:45

Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small class basis
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons focused on communication and life skills
- Supporting social, emotional and behavioural development
- Working collaboratively with Behaviour Analysts, Therapists and teaching staff
- Helping students build independence and confidence
- Maintaining a calm, positive and structured learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience supporting children or individuals with disabilities
- GCSE English & Maths Grade C/4 or equivalent
- Calm and resilient approach under pressure
- Positive, proactive and professional attitude
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Passion for supporting autistic children and young people
