The Opportunity

We are looking for naturally empathetic, positive individuals to join our team as Learning Support Workers. In this role, you won't just be doing a job—you will be directly empowering autistic adults to gain independence, learn new skills, and thrive.

What Your Day Looks Like

  • Active Support: Splitting your time between our adult centre and out in the local community.
  • Creativity: Planning and delivering fun, practical lessons to help learners achieve personal goals.
  • Independence: Supporting learners to access social, leisure, and employment opportunities.
  • Care: Assisting with dignity-focused personal and intimate care (dressing, washing, toileting) when required.
