Hours:
8:30-16:30, Monday to Friday (Term-time only)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support using Trauma-Informed Practice.
- Deliver tailored curriculum interventions and track pupil progress against EHCP/IEP targets.
- Foster student welfare, safeguarding, and restorative behaviour strategies.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, multi-disciplinary staff, and families.
What You Need
- Experience: 3-6 months in an educational setting supporting pupils with SEND/SEMH and challenging behaviours.
- Qualifications: GCSE Maths & English (Grade 5/C or Level 2 equivalent).
- Mindset: Highly resilient, committed, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
- Requirements: Permanent UK Right to Work (no sponsorship provided) and an Enhanced DBS check.
Desirable Extras
- Background in psychology, counselling, foster care, or residential care.
- Strong communication skills and reliable transport.
